Privacy Policy

Who we are

Thrivio Media runs this website and the advertising that points to it. If you have any question about this policy, or about data we hold about you, write to us at Isaac@thriviomedia.com.

What we collect when you visit

When you open a page here, we and our advertising partner record which pages you view, how long you stay, the site that sent you to us, your browser, device and operating system, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this to understand whether our advertising is bringing in booked calls, and to avoid paying again for people who already booked. We do not sell your data.

The Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel

This site uses the Meta pixel, ID 3160778987446686, owned by Thrivio Media. When it runs, Meta places its own cookies and identifiers in your browser and receives the activity described above, which it matches to a Facebook or Instagram account. The two purposes enabled are measurement (reporting how our ads perform) and ad optimization (showing our ads to people likely to book a call, and excluding people who already did). The recipient is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for visitors in Europe and the United Kingdom, and Meta Platforms Inc. for everyone else. Meta's own privacy practices are at facebook.com/about/privacy.

Where the pixel runs, and how to withdraw

The pixel runs for visitors in every country. There is no cookie banner: this page is the notice. If you would rather it did not track you, you can withdraw at any time: delete Thrivio Media and Facebook cookies in your browser settings, turn off personalised ads in Meta's ad preferences, or email us above and we will exclude you from advertising measurement and delete what we hold.

Booking a call

When you pick a time in the calendar, the details you type go to Calendly (Lexoffin Consultants Ltd) so the appointment can be created and reminded, and to our team so we can call you back. Calendly's privacy policy is at calendly.com/privacy.

Other choices

You can also opt out of interest-based advertising more widely through the advertising-industry pages at optout.aboutads.info (United States) or youronlinechoices.eu (Europe).
